Our content

Article text, design, code, photographs (where we own them), and illustrations on KitchenWithMommy.com are owned by KitchenWithMommy.com or licensed from third parties. You may share article links and short quotes with attribution.

Manufacturer / retailer imagery

We do not republish manufacturer or retailer product images on this site beyond what their affiliate program terms allow. Product cards use either a category-themed icon or licensed stock photography, never retailer or manufacturer product images.

Licensed toy characters

We do not use copyrighted toy characters or licensed branding without permission. Our default category icons depict generic kitchen and play themes — not branded characters.

DMCA / takedown

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, contact us via the Contact form with: a description of the work, the URL of the alleged infringement, your contact information, and a statement (under penalty of perjury) of authority to act on behalf of the copyright owner. We will review and respond promptly.

Reusing our content

For permission requests to republish, license, or syndicate substantial portions of our content, contact us with the intended use case.

Stock photography

Photography on this site that we did not take ourselves is licensed stock, used within the terms of its licence. We do not use images taken from Google Images, Pinterest, other food blogs, retailer listings or manufacturer sites.

Our photography comes from three kinds of source, and each is handled differently:

Pexels License — free commercial use, attribution not required. We credit the photographer anyway.
CC0 1.0 — public domain dedication. No attribution required; we credit anyway.
CC BY 2.0 — free commercial use provided the photographer is credited. Where we use a CC BY image, the credit and a link to the licence appear directly beneath the photograph on that page.

We do not use images under Share-Alike (BY-SA), NonCommercial (BY-NC) or NoDerivatives (BY-ND) licences, because those terms are not compatible with how a commercial site crops and publishes photographs.
